Participation
The Budapest part of the festival has one intensive workshop taugh by Ray Chung (USA), open classes, jams every evening, a performance night and a 4 hour jam on Sunday. The Festival fee includes all programs during the long weekend and the registration fee.

You can choose Ray Chung's intensive or the open classes, run at the same time of the intensive. (See schedule!) Please fill out your choice on the registration form.

Coming with children
Although you can bring your children to the festival, we are not able to organize childcare for the weekend, but can help you finding someone to take care of your kids while you are in class.

Also we recommend you on Sunday morning the 3 hour Flip-Flow Contact class for families. Kids are also welcome to the jams and the performance evening.


Registration
To register for the festival, you have to fill out the Registration form Budapest. You have make your choice for the intensive or open classes! Your registration is complete and your place is guaranteed when we receive your completed registration form and either the festival fee (look out for the early registration deadline) or the the non-refundable registration fee of 50€.

Payment
Participants, who do not live in Hungary:
Please use PayPal to send money to geszti967@gmail.com. Please be sure to enter the amount in Euro (€). We kindly ask you to cover PayPal's money transfer fee, it helps the Festival organization save money - there's usually an 'I will pay the fee' option you can select. Thanks.

You can also pay the Budapest Festival fee in Budapest at your arrival on the 19th of June at SÍN Culture Center, if you send us the copy of your travel documents (flight booking details, or copy of your train / bus ticket!)

Attention!
Look out for the date of your registration. In order to pay the reduced festival fee, you have to send us either the full fee, or the registration cost, or send us your travel document BEFORE THE 15TH OF MAY!


Food

There will be warm lunch and dinner on Saturday and lunch on Sunday. The cafe at SÍN will be open from 12:00 on the weekend. Please indicate your food allergies or diet on the registration form!


Accommodation
If you need help to find accommodation (Hostel or festival participants) we can help you till the 10th of June and can suggest you different possibilities. Please fill out this option on the registration form.

You can also join the Kontakt Budapest facebook group and ask for help, someone might be able to offer you a room or a mat.

It is not possible to sleep at the Festival venue during the weekend.

The currency is HUF - Hungarian Forint (1€ ~ 305 HUF)
